The Challenge

The Challenge

  • Create an identity that can both represent Ukraine without relying on tropes and stereotypes too heavily.

  • Avoid visual dialogue of war & suffering which mainly resonates with ideas around Ukraine today and instead shift the narrative to something speaking to new life, fresh energy, and confidence.

  • Work with limited resources available to the non-profit while simultaneously covering the most ground for maximum impact.
