Tumblin' is a community-focused DJ collective based in Vancouver & Toronto, Canada. The movement focuses on providing accessible DJ sets with open decks, low entry fees and an overall low-pressure vibe. The collective constantly thrives off of fun and energetic visuals to keep its promotions on brand and up speed.

The Challenge

  • Creating designs that are visually different for each event yet cohesive with the developing Tumblin' brand

  • Finding opportunity for motion graphics within each design

  • Taking advantage of grassroots methods of advertising for this non-profit (wheat-pasting, postering, etc.)

  • Expanding to Toronto after 9 months in business, doubling team size
