The Brex Employee Experience: Culture & Events department required exciting campaigns and consistent employee facing communications in order to keep company culture on-brand and to keep employees engaged and involved in the company dynamic.

The Brex Employee Experience: Culture & Events department required exciting campaigns and consistent employee facing communications in order to keep company culture on-brand and to keep employees engaged and involved in the company dynamic.

The Brex Employee Experience: Culture & Events department required exciting campaigns and consistent employee facing communications in order to keep company culture on-brand and to keep employees engaged and involved in the company dynamic.

The Challenge

The Challenge

  • Design themed employee-facing events and campaigns that are both unique as stand-alone pieces as well as aligned with brand guidelines and values.


  • Create assets that can exist virtually within digital communication materials but also stay consistent when collaborating with the event design team for event assets, swag, and campaign materials.


  • Maintain relevancy across company offices located in different cities and demographics around North America

  • Design themed employee-facing events and campaigns that are both unique as stand-alone pieces as well as aligned with brand guidelines and values.
